Rejoice Like You’ve Got the Winning Number

Paul wrote those words while in prison. His situation looked hopeless, but his spirit was full of joy. Why? Because his joy wasn’t based on freedom, comfort, or material gain—it was based on his unshakable relationship with God.
The Winning Number of Joy
Pastor Morrow paints a powerful picture: rejoicing in the Lord is like holding the winning lottery number.
You could lose everything today, but tomorrow, you still have the number.
You could face trials, setbacks, or financial struggles, but you still have the number.
The “number” is your faith in Christ—the assurance that no matter what happens, God is with you, God is for you, and God will never fail you.
That’s why we can say, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5).
Two Levels of Rejoicing

The First Rejoice – You rejoice because you have a relationship with God. You know Him, you walk with Him, and He walks with you. That’s the winning number!
